Delivery And Returns
Maison Curve UK Delivery
Delivery Schedule
At Maison Curve, we strive to offer our customers the widest possible choice, with over a thousand products listed on our website. While this extensive range ensures you’ll always find what you need, we are unable to hold every item in stock. If you need a product urgently, we strongly recommend calling us at 07778258238 before placing your order to confirm stock availability and to check the estimated delivery time.
Free Delivery
We provide free delivery as standard to most of the UK mainland. Express delivery is available for an additional cost (please contact us for more details). Unfortunately, certain areas of the UK, including the Scottish Highlands, Lowlands, Aberdeen, and others, require an additional delivery charge. This charge will be automatically calculated and added to your basket upon entering your delivery address. Regrettably, we are unable to deliver outside the UK mainland.
Delivery Time for Items In Stock
If the item is in stock, the delivery timeframe is approximately 3–21 working days. Once your item is ready to dispatch, we will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery date, as a signature is always required.
Delivery Time for Items Not in Stock
For items that are not in stock, the delivery timeframe to our warehouse is approximately 4–16 weeks. Once your item arrives and is ready to dispatch, we will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery date, as a signature is required.
Delivery Methods
We offer two primary delivery methods:
-
Maison Curve Delivery Team
Our experienced delivery team handles your items with care, ensuring a personal touch. Your postcode will be included in a scheduled delivery route, and we will agree on a delivery date with you in advance. The driver will call one hour before arrival, and deliveries take place between 7 am and 7 pm. The typical timescale for this service is 1–4 weeks, depending on your location.- Please note: Our drivers provide doorstep delivery only. Items will be brought as close to your front door as possible, but they will not be brought inside your home.
-
Pallet Delivery Service
Items delivered via pallet can be dispatched as quickly as the next working day. With this method, your items will be delivered as close to the front of your property as the driver can manage.
Some items may be delivered directly from our suppliers through dropship delivery. This delivery method can vary depending on the item and may involve pallet delivery, small courier services (such as FedEx or Interlink), or the supplier’s own delivery team. Please contact us if you would like to confirm the delivery method for a specific product.
Additional Delivery Information
- Saturday delivery is available upon request. Pricing will vary depending on your location—please contact us for a quote.
- Small items are typically sent via courier services such as FedEx.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to check item dimensions before ordering to ensure there are no access issues.
For large items, a £100 charge will apply if the customer is unable to take delivery on the pre-arranged date or if access issues prevent delivery and these have not been disclosed in advance.
Packaging Disposal
Furniture packaging may include materials such as cardboard, plastic, foam, and wood. Customers are responsible for carefully removing and disposing of these materials in an environmentally responsible way, in line with local waste management regulations.

Considering Returning at Item?
We have added the following information for your personal consideration. When contemplating a returns request, please be aware of the following:
Artificial Distressing - Artificial Distressing is created by hand to enhance the character of the range – it is not a defect
Variations In Texture, Colour & Finish -Most of our ranges are handmade or carved using many different materials, so some variation may be apparent in the finish. We do use our best endeavours to accurately represent Texture, Colour and Finish of our products on our website, however, online images should be considered as indicative rather than definitive.
Hairline Cracks - Many of our products are manufactured using natural materials. Hairline cracks may occasionally appear naturally on the joins of sections of timber on certain items. This is caused by natural movement, is unavoidable and is not a defect.
Antique Effect Handles - Antique fittings are given an aged appearance to enhance the character of the collection – it is not a defect
Variation in size – Many of our products are individually handmade. Inevitably measurements of some items will vary in size, whilst stated as accurately as possible, they won't always be precise.
